Most stick figures are drawn with just a circle and five simple lines.
Learning to draw doesn't have to be a complicated, stressful process. In fact, nearly anyone can draw when they decide to start with some basic doodles. Doodling stick figures is a fun way to let your creativity fly and your stress melt away. Anytime you have access to a pen or pencil and a piece of paper, you are prepared to create stick figure characters of your own. Put two stick figures together, and you have a romantic little scene unfolding before your eyes.
Instructions
1. Draw a small circle on the paper. This will be the head of one stick figure.
2. Make another circle next to the first one, so that the sides of the circles are touching, but not overlapping.
3. Draw a tiny horizontal line connecting the two circles. This little line will represent the stick figures' lips.
4. Draw a straight vertical line down from the middle of the first head. This will be the body of the stick figure, and should be about two or three times as long as the head.
5. Make the body of the second stick figure by drawing a line down from the center of the other circle.
6. Draw two lines in an upside down "v" shape from the bottom of the stick figure's body to make the legs.
7. Do the same for the other stick figure.
8. Draw a line for an arm about 1/3 of the way down the stick figure's body. It should be drawn at a downward angle and it should extend to about midway between the two figures.
9. Draw another arm extending from the same point on the stick figure, but draw it at a more downward angle than the first arm. The arms should form a "v" shape and end halfway between the two stick figures.
10. Repeat steps 8-9 for the second figure, making sure the arms connect to the outstretched arms of the first figure, so that they appear to be holding hands as they kiss.
11. Add any details you want to your stick figure drawing, such as hair, hats, bows or hearts surrounding them.
