Types
Fresco is a type of wall painting that involves the application of pigments to wet plaster. Other methods of mural-making include tempera, spray paint, watercolor and acrylic paints; tile; and mixed media, including found objects and other materials.

Giotto, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Titian, Francisco Goya and Diego Ribera are all famous artists who employed wall painting as a medium during their careers.
