Graffiti letters are works of street art, yet learning write graffiti letters can be made by anyone with art supplies and a little patience. Graffiti letters come in many shapes, from the tangled, unreadable snarls of wild style to the bubblegum cuteness of balloon style. Many graffitists begin with balloon style and move into other styles as they gain skill and confidence
Instructions
1. Pick a word to write in graffiti letters. Maybe use your nickname. Write this word in your normal style with a thick marker on a piece of paper. Don't be shy; use a big sheet of paper and make large letters.
2. Outline your letters with the thick marker. You are not tracing over the old lines; you are outlining the original strokes of your marker.
3. Repeat this outlining process until your letters touch each other or overlap.
4. Place a sheet of tracing paper over what you have done. Lightly trace just the outlines of your letters with a pencil.
5. Transfer the tracing to a fresh sheet of paper.
6. Round off the corners of your outlined letters. Go over the lines with a pen or marker. Fill in the outlined shapes of the letters with color.
7. Congratulations, you have just made simple, balloon style graffiti letters.
