Facebook offers various ways for users to connect and communicate with friends online. Among these is Facebook Chat, a feature that allows you to send instant messages to any friends online at the same time as you. Like many other instant messaging clients, Facebook Chat allows you to personalize your messages with symbols and smiley faces, called emoticons. Using emoticons, you can insert an angel smiley face into Facebook chat by entering the associated shortcut key.
Instructions
1. Launch your preferred Web browser and enter Facebook.com into the browser address bar. Press "Enter" to access the Facebook homepage.
2. Enter your Facebook account username and password into the fields in the upper right corner and click "Log In."
3. Click on the "Chat" window, located in the lower right corner of the webpage to view all of your contacts currently online. Online contacts are marked with a green circle; idle contacts, logged in but inactive for approximately 10 minutes, are marked with a blue moon.
4. Click on the contact to whom you want to send an angel emoticon.
5. Type in your optional message and enter one of following shortcut keys to create the angel emoticon (capital letter O):

6. Press "Enter" to send the message. Facebook transforms the shortcut key into a graphical angel emoticon automatically.
