Draw a Worm
Worms are best known for their ability to wiggle through mud or end up smashed on a sidewalk after a rain. They are also known to be slimy and somewhat gross. You can change that perception when you draw a worm that’s a tad more personable. This simple critter is easy to illustrate with a couple of pens and a few easy steps.
Instructions
1. Draw a single circle. This serves as one of the worm’s eyeballs.
2. Illustrate his body. Make a C-shaped body with bumpy lines that meet at both the nose and the tail end.
3. Finish his face. Draw a semi-circle next to his first eye to serve as the second eye. Place a dot in the middle of the first eye for a pupil. Give him a slight smile with a small line where a smile would be.
4. Add details. Use a thinner pen to add curved lines throughout his body to create depth.
5. Boost him with color. Take a paint pen, crayon or other coloring device and add color. Draw a border directly inside the lines that make up his body. Put more dabs of color around the thinner lines.
