Find International Email Address

With so many people going abroad for job opportunities, it can be hard to keep in touch with people. Luckily, because of the convenience of email, you can communicate with people in other countries if you are able to find their email addresses; here's how.

Instructions

1. Log on to an email directory like International Email Directories. With the right information, you will be able to find an international email address using these directories. You click on the country in which the person lives and type in the person's name (see Resources below).

2. Use an old email address. When people set up a new email account, they often have to include their old email addresses with their information. If you know their old email, it will be easier for you to locate their new international email address.

3. Contact the person's employer. If the person you are looking for has moved internationally due to a job, contact the business or employer to see if they can provide you with the new email address.

4. Contact family members. If you still know contact members of the person’s family, check with them to see if they know the international email address of the person you are looking for.

5. Try sending an email to the old address. Some email servers will forward email to a new address, so your email may still make it to the person you are trying to reach.
