When making a cow paint job, it is important to replicate the animal's colors.
Face painting is a great way to help actors in a play get into their part, and it also makes for a popular booth for children at a fair or festival. When creating a cow face painting, you can make your spots in black or in brown - both are common on cows. Additionally, adding horns to your cow face paint turns it from a female cow into a male bull, allowing you to customize your paint job to the gender of the person receiving it.
Instructions
1. Apply a rectangle, with rounded corners, of pink face paint around a person's mouth, bottom of the nose and top half of the chin using a face-painting sponge. The person's nostrils and mouth will be the nose and mouth of the cow, while the pink area is the snout.
2. Draw tan horns for a bull above the person's eyes, using the sponge.
3. Add two oblong black spots, one around each eye and extending slightly above the horns, using the sponge. The spots should be taller than they are wide and more rounded on their outer sides.
4. Color in the person's cheeks with black paint.
5. Fill in the spaces between the spots with white face paint.
6. Outline the colored spots, snout and horn with black paint and a paint brush.
